The rooms size was quite good for 2 people staying the same room, the shower products was exceptional, the location was amazing easy to reach any place to easily.

Location was great only a short 10min walk from the main square. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got an upgraded room to a suite which was a nice surprise for my birthday as well as a free glass of bubbles in the restaurant next door.

The hotel was very good, and the staff was friendly. We booked the 'Junior Suite', which was nice, but the fact it had no windows with a view to the street was a bit disappointing for a junior suite category (the room did have sky windows which let in natural light but no street view). Other than that, everything was really very good.

the hotel is great in a beautiful place, the rooms are excellent and beautiful, the breakfast is also great, the staff is very cultured and helpful, kudos to the staff

the location is great, just outside the old city walls. the rooms are spacious and the amenities are high quality also, the rooms we had were facing interior courtyards, which meant they were very quiet

Hotel is situated in the city center - within the walking distance to every attraction. Also close to trams, buses and shops. Very clean, good wi-fi, large room. Very good restaurant in the hotel, very tasty breakfast!

The welcome at Reception was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. Hotel was central and it was easy to walk to all of Prague's attractions. Room was very comfortable and met all our needs. Cleaning staff were very good. Everything about our stay was high quality, professional, enjoyable and helpful.

The staff is super nice and really helpful. The room are big, well furnished and very clean. (Bravo for the cleaning crew). Could not dream better location, close to the old town and train railway station. Close to both a tram and metro station. The breakfasts are diversified and gourmet.

I enjoyed the location—it's practically in the center of everything. The garage space was a definite plus, ensuring the safety of my car. This hotel doesn't strive to be a wannabe 5-star establishment. No fake smiles or overly friendly faces; the staff was genuinely there with their natural smiles and helpful service. I never felt bothered by the staff trying to impress me or earn an extra tip. My definite choice for the next time I stay for a few days. For longer stays, it might stretch my budget, but that's life.
